Actually the room was perfectly clean and updated with big windows and a balcony, for example. The location was marvellous and brilliant close to everything. Besides, we were close to centre of Granada, the Meliá Granada for a couple of nights on a sightseeing trip, and interesting neighbourhoods.

I was lucky to stay at a hotel located conveniently in the heart of the city, with an abundance of restaurants just a stone's throw away. The tourist information office and plaza Carmen, where many walking tours begin, were also just steps from the hotel.

We visited this hotel for New Year's Eve and had a lovely experience. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including made-to-order omelets. Additionally, the location was great for exploring the city, as many attractions were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.
We did experience some issues with the air conditioning, which was not very effective during our stay. Additionally, the street noise outside our window was quite loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

My wife and I stayed at this property during Easter week to celebrate her 50th birthday. The management provided us with an extremely good room with a direct view of the various processions. The staff, especially Beatriz at the reception, were friendly and helpful. The location is spot on, close to the Cathedral and surrounded by great restaurants. The room was spacious and great value for money. The breakfast spread was delicious, although there could have been better separation for vegetarian options.
100% Recommend this hotel.
